Good friendly reception on arrival. Helpful with any questions during the stay. Towels changed each day.

The staff is very friendly and the location is great.

The room:the carpet was extremely old and the walls need to be repainted.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Location of this hotel is excellent. It is a 2 minute walk from the central bus station (busarus). Also, it is just around the corner of a main street which has loads of shopping and food places (also a Tesco express there). It is a 2-minute walk to the main road of Dublin (can't remember the name) but that road has lots of tourist information booths, bars, and shops. Rooms were reasonable, comfortable beds. For the price I paid, I'm not complaining.

Rooms were small. The attached shower place is extremely small and transparent. Can be noisy at night. The walls are really thin so if you have an unreasonable neighbour staying next door, you will be able to hear your neighbour.

I have no faults at all with this hotel, cheap, comfortable, the staff are wonderful - very friendly and helpful and superb location.

The concert we went to close to the city centre

Nothing really I honestly think that in the 21st century dublin it was very dissapointing an old house cheaply turned into a b&b plus they tripled the rate for a concert night and the shower didnt work overall never stay there again

A warm anr friendly service, safe and secure,OK not the Ritz! But what do you expect for the price. As we are an over sixty couple and lots of stairs being a problem , we was thoughtfully given a a lower floor.

It was within walking distance of Temple Bar, and all the normal Dublin places to go. Reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good and the breakfast waitress was lovely.

our room was on the top floor which was only reached by a dilapidated staircase. There were no lamps in the room but there were holes where the lamps should have been!!! Curtains were filthy, and although the room was non smoking the bedcovers had burn holes in them, albeit clean ones.Shower was next to useless and we went to the local pool for a good wash most days. Would have been ok for a night but we stayed 5 nights, 4 too long.

The location of the building was particularly good as it was just opposite one of our favourite bars.

The reception staff were not very polite when we booked into the accomdation. The breakfat staff were friendly but the breakfast wasn't the best.. not that we expected it to be for the fair price we paid. We weren't disappointed but this could be an area for improvement...

Excellent location for the City, including bars, shops and the sites. A nice full Irish breakfast and very pleasant staff. Very reasonably priced accommodation.

Really needs some re-decorating, otherwise very satisfactory and well priced accommodation.

Great price and quick walk (about 10 minutes) to all of the shops and restaurants in dt Dublin. The included Irish breakfast was nice too!

There was absolutely no water pressure in our shower. It barely dripped.

    Conveniently central.

Lack of storage space.Ensuite bathroom turned out to be a lavatory off one corner of the room, a washhand basin in another and a shower in a third.

Been in the centre of the city was a big plus . Staff were very friendly. Would stay again

Stayed in room 120 too small for 2 people to share it was a single room not a twin. Could not turn radiator off Too hot all weekend. Rooms at 129 euros a bit high for this hotel. Ok for two rugby fans for weekend .

We really enjoyed the central location of the hotel, also we really liked our full english breakfast we got every morning, served with a smile.

You could hear the other guests laying down in their bed.

The best thing was being able to open the window in the bedroom. The room was warm and reasonably clean. We appreciated having clean towels every day.

The shower was noisy and didn't work properly; there were no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom. It would have been handy to have a wrting table/desk in the room as well.
